  With a cockpit sized like most 40-footers, there's ample room for your boating neighbors to join you. Cockpit seating includes a large wrap-around aft lounge, plus a triple-wide helm bench seat.

  A wet bar with icemaker and storage below is built into the portside.

  Cockpit vinyls are all in nice condition. The canvas has been updated with a newer design to the arch, for optimal headroom. There are two sets of forward panels -- isinglass or a handy sunbrella set, for extra shade & privacy.

  
  DOWN BELOW

  Cabin entry is through a bi-fold portside door & hatchway.

  The galley is at the base of the steps, portside, designed in an L-shape for your convenience. Find a large under-counter fridge and a surprising amount of handy cabinet & drawer storage.

  Forward of the galley is a comfortable settee, facing the starboard-side c-shaped dinette -- a large serving area that will easily accommodate four or five.

  The head compartment, with toilet, vanity and convenience shower, is also to starboard, aft of the dinette.

  The mid-cabin is accessed to starboard of the cabin steps and will sleep one or two in private comfort overnight.
