The Cleanest and most updated, ALL freshwater 35 Express you will find.  An unfathomable amount of updates and upgrades including over 50k spent on New Mercruiser 496 engines (NEW from Mercruiser not rebuilds), running gear, (Props tuned and adjusted as well as new cutlass bearings) and digital gauges (Simrad GO7) in 2021 (approx. 101hrs.).  The engines were installed by Mercruiser Certified Advantage Marine in Holland, MI. Several people have called and aksed "Why new engines?"  like we are hiding something.  We were losing compression in one motor and were told it was a matter of time before the other one did the same (first gen. 502s were not great motors).  Rather than rebuild motors that were not great to begin with we decided to put ALL NEW ones in...we planned on keeping the boat for a long time.  However, life is fluid and the job change came and now it needs to go.  The boat also has New Camper Canvas over 2020-21 (I have multiple drop curtains and seat covers if you do not like camper canvas).  New Fridge 2023. New Icemaker 2024, New Engine Batteries 2023 and House in 2024. Anchor rode replaced w/ 100 ft. of anchor chain 2022, Windlass completely serviced 2024. Both AC units serice and cleaned the last two seasons. $6000 Hurley H3O plus Davit system added 2019 (750lb. capacity..there is NO dinghy coming with the boat).  New bilge pumps including mid bilge in 2023. Multiple hatches rebedded over the past 4 years.  The other electronics are Garmin (2013) and include, GPS, Radar, Autopilot and VHF...all are operational.  Fusion BT stereo with 4 of the 8 speakers having been upgraded in the last 2 years.  ALL new LED cockpit and arch lights.  The boat also has a fully operational Westerbeke Generator(470hrs).  It is service every year by Advantage Marine and both gennie and engines have just had impellers done. Always professionally maintained and serviced including professional detailing every year we have owned it.  Kept in Indoor heated storage in the winter.  This is my personal boat and I have most of the receipts for the work.  Lesser 35 Expresses with original engines and way less upgrades have sold recently for low/mid 130s. (FYI- two boat names in pictures...we drove it for 2 seasons before renaming the boat)  The only reason we are selling is due to a major life change and we will not have time for the boat.  We have already paid the first half of winter storage(indoor heated)!   Our loss is your gain.  This is a turn key boat!
